Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
⚠️ Installed, cut, modified, or used window tint products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, cut, trimmed, or altered
- Items damaged due to improper installation or handling
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
